Accessibility on Game Day
All suites and club areas will open 2 hours prior to kickoff and will need to be cleared one hour after the conclusion of the game. Suite doors will be unlocked prior to gates open. An arrival time of at least one hour prior to kickoff is suggested to allow for security bag checks and to avoid any possible delays due to congestion.
Suite holders and 77 Club ticket holders are entitled to access the 300 level, 600 level (including the 77 Club) and the 700 level. Colonnades Club members are entitled to access the 300 level (the Colonnades Club). Upon entering Gate 16 or 18, all guests will have their tickets scanned. If a guest wishes to exit the premium areas and re-enter, they must have their ticket scanned again upon exit and upon re-entry. This policy will be strictly enforced.
Accessibility During Game Week
All suites will be locked during the week. If you need to bring something to your suite or retrieve something, please contact Dustin Boyer at (217) 244-7722. Club seat members are not able to access club spaces during game week.
It is an NCAA violation for anyone to entertain prospective student-athletes and/or their family members in the premium seating area. A prospective student-athlete is defined as any student entering the ninth through the twelfth grades. This is not to say that you cannot entertain family friends who have children of this age, but a pre-established relationship (long-established and has its foundations outside of athletics) must exist. Also prohibited is the entertainment of current student-athletes and/ or their families. This is considered an extra benefit and will jeopardize their eligibility. Please contact Sarah McPhee, Compliance Coordinator, with any questions or concerns at (217) 265-0733.
