The Illinois Premium Seating Team of the University of Illinois Division of Intercollegiate Athletics is looking for hard-working and enthusiastic team members to assist on Fighting Illini Football game days, occasional events, and weekly office hours this fall. Customer service oriented individuals are needed to staff the premium seating areas (club spaces as well as suite areas).

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and graduated from high school. University of Illinois full time employees not eligible. Team members will be expected to attend two training dates and each home football game. Training dates will be determined at a later date.
KID ZONE ASSISTANT
Primary Position Function
Team members will be responsible for the “Kid Zone,” helping to entertain children in the Colonnades Club during Fighting Illini game days by orchestrating activities. Team members will also be responsible for assisting with general customer concerns as they arise.
This position is paid ($12.00/hour).

CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBER, ILLINOIS PREMIUM SEATING
Primary Position Function
Illinois Premium Seating Customer Service Team Members are responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service in the premium seating areas of Memorial Stadium (club areas and suites).
This position is paid ($12.00/hour).
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and graduated from high school
- Available to work all home football games in addition to both training sessions
- Strong communication skills
- Provide high level of customer service
Skills

- Ensure that patrons have proper ticket or credential for access to premium spaces

SOCIAL MEDIA STUDENT WORKER
Primary Position Function
Social Media Student Workers will be responsible for creating content for all channels of Illinois Premium Seating during Fighting Illini game days, day-to-day and at events hosted in Memorial Stadium.
This position is paid ($12.00/hour).

TOUR GUIDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Primary Position Function
Team members will be responsible for providing game day tours to donors and Premium Seating customers, including field tours and tours of the suite and club spaces. Team members will also be responsible for assisting with general customer concerns as they arise (primarily operating from the premium seating entrance lobby and customer service desk).
This position is paid ($12.00/hour).

- Familiarity with Memorial Stadium (preferred but not required)

GAME DAY OFFICE ASSISTANT

Team members will be responsible for performing administrative tasks on Fighting Illini game days.

STUDENT ASSISTANT

Team members will be responsible for assisting with event rentals, game day operations, and administrative tasks during weekly office hours

Team members will serve as a liaison for the visiting teams administration on Fighting Illini game days

- Be thoroughly familiar with Memorial Stadium (preferred but not required in advance)
