Your Wedding Reception Package Includes

  • Full ballroom seating for up to 500 guests at rounds in Colonnades Club
  • Eight-hour space rental (additional time is $300 per hour) until midnight
  • Access to the Illinois Suite (8th floor) for bridal party prior to reception*
  • 72-inch round tables seating 8-10 guests and chairs
  • 6-foot banquet tables
  • Cocktail tables
  • Dance Floor
  • Customized floor plan and setup of room
  • On-site Memorial Stadium Event Consultant
  • Coat room
  • Free parking on nights and weekends with a 200-space lot Northwest of facility
  • Access to televisions for basic digital signage (still image, looping video, looping slideshow, etc.)
  • Standard, personalized message on the ribbon video board throughout the evening (pending videoboard status)
  • Access to stadium for pictures of bride/groom/bridal party (field, columns, stands, etc.) - timing dependent on athletic department schedule*
  • Basic guest seating table linens and buffet linens included with purchase of catering from exclusive caterer
  • Custodial service prior to the event, during the event, and after the event

*Wedding Package facility use agreement only contracts the use of the Colonnades Club space within Memorial Stadium.


  • $5,000 for Wedding Reception Package
  • $1,000 additional cost for Wedding Ceremony in Colonnades Club
  • 25% deposit due to hold the room


All decorations must be discussed and approved by the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics

Access to room for decorations beginning at 8 a.m. on the day of the event, unless discussed with Event Coordinator

Certificate of Insurance provided verifying minimum limits

Signed facility use agreement must be executed. Full listing of policies outlined in agreement.
